Joann Marlin, controller at Bayview Construction Services, joined the company in 2019 after an extensive career in a variety of fields in Virginia and Florida.

The companies she worked for include Kitson & Company, a real estate development business and NextEra Energy, which you might recognize as the parent company of FPL.

In her spare time, Marlin enjoys golf.
