Troy Stambaugh

Troy Stambaugh, an operations manager/estimator at Bayview Construction Services, brings a wealth of information and an impressive background to the company.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the Community Association and Construction Manager areas, he does it all – from budget analysis to contract negotiation to personnel management.

He began his professional career in a family-owned real estate business and has international experience, as well.

Troy has a B.A. in international relations from Charles University, and enjoys reading, travel and golf.

He is an avid volunteer with the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, the nation’s oldest and largest provider of need-based scholarships to military children.
