Bayview completed this first class project from demolition to occupancy in less than ten months-on time and on budget.  I was the resident project director. I attended the weekly contractor meetings and monitored construction. From top to bottom the company is driven to stay on schedule. On site supervision of subcontractors was particularly efficient.
