I completed my Holiday Inn Express hotel project working with Bayview Construction Corporation. The hotel, located off i-95 and Highway 76 in Stuart, FL, is four-story with 79 guest rooms, swimming pool and spa, fitness enter, lounge and meeting space.
Bayview Construction proved to be well organized from the earliest stages of pre-construction through final occupancy. They successfully coordinated meetings with all appropriate design professional, subcontractors, utility companies, and building department personnel. They continued throughout the project with a disciplined management of the building construction and record keeping.
In the course of almost any construction project, issues can arise which create situations between contractor and architect. This was not the case with Bayview Construction. They worked well to resolve any issues with the design professionals to create the success we consider the project to represent. Furthermore, my project was completed ahead of schedule.
This quality of work evidenced by the new Holiday Inn Express, the scheduling of the construction, and coordination of the subcontractors has given me great respect for the professional capabilities of Ken Ringe and his employees at Bayview Construction. I will be building another and I certainly look forward to the prospect of working with Bayview Construction in the future.
