Marina Project – Sailfish Point

Sailfish Point contracted with Bayview to demolish an existing marina building, which had been damaged by hurricanes, and replace it with a new 7,200 square foot facility.

The new building incorporated a dining area, kitchen, bathrooms, marina office, chandlery, and storage under one roof.

Bayview completed this first-class project from demolition to occupancy in less than ten months-on time and on budget.  I was the resident project director. I attended the weekly contractor meetings and monitored construction. From top to bottom the company is driven to stay on schedule. On site supervision of subcontractors was particularly efficient.
