I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Bayview Construction and the people involved in a major renovation to the Hobe Sound Golf Course Clubhouse. The project involved replacing the structural integrity of the building’s truss and soffit system, windows and doors, and numerous upgrades throughout the interior of the building. All the work was completed while sections of the building remained open for employees and members.
This was a particularly difficult project considering all the diverse areas of construction and scheduling required. Bayview worked closely and was very cooperative with me to the mutual satisfaction of all parties. Prior to construction, we had numerous scopes of work changes and Bayview followed through with the same thoroughness and organizational skills as their original proposal with meeting and construction schedule changes. I want to thank John Thoss the Project Manager, Larry Lopopolo, and Bob Snyder for their expertise during the construction process.
The Hobe Sound Golf Course Clubhouse renovation is now complete and the result is a first class building for our members. We highly recommend Bayview Construction and thank them for enabling the clubhouse to be completed before the fall season when many of our members return to Florida.
