Bayview Construction served as the general contractor for my residence at 5100 SW Blue Sky Lane in Palm City.
The main house has 5,235 square feet of interior living space. Exterior amenities include a pool, deck and patio, three-car garage, airplane hangar and a provision for a small guest apartment over the garage.
The overall quality of the construction work performed by Bayview and its subcontractors is excellent.
This was a “design-build” project; plans and specifications were highly flexible and subject to change at my request. My decisions were always fully complied with and professionally executed to these plans and changes.
Bayview completed this project in a timely manner and their personnel was fully responsive to all my issues and concerns, including punch-out and continuing after I received the C.O.
Because I am in the construction business, I am familiar with virtually all of the contractors in the Stuart area. It discloses a great deal about Bayview that I selected them to build my home.
